Shipping

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

• Address Changes and Cancellations are not available due to our quick turn around time.
• Please email us at Contact@MiamiMasks.com and  provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.

• Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed. Please contact USPS directly with address issues.
• Should your parcel be returned to sender you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
• If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. (If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.)

PROCESSING

• Orders placed before 1PM PT Monday - Friday are processed soon after ordering. (Please allow 1-2 days if your order was placed on Saturday - Sunday or Holidays).

TRACKING

• Tracking Numbers Post 1-2 Business days after your order.

• You can access your tracking number(s) by clicking the blue "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. This will launch your confirmation page where you can copy and then paste on the appropriate countries site listed below.

• Status  Unavailable/Pre-Shipment , or something similar,   may appear. This is normal.
• Please  check daily as tracking will will update each time it moves to a new location.

• For international orders, once your order clears customs a delivery date will be generated.
• Please contact your local courier  directly with any location questions after it has cleared customs.

United States: 3-5 days

Canada: 5-7 days

UK 5-7 days

Rest of world: 7-10 days

International Shipments:

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes (Merchants Name) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees (Merchants Name) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods
